On Monday the 28th of October, 2013, at around 3:45pm, a frantic 999 call was placed to the London Ambulance Service in regards to a 6-year-old child who was not breathing and turning blue. Her parents screamed at the operator to hurry, insisting that they had no idea what had happened. This final episode follows on from part one, and the events that occurred after Ellie’s death, including the shocking revelations that proved complete and utter failure by all authorities involved.
