In Honour of Domestic Violence Awareness month: Claire Throssell dreamt of having children, and when she gave birth to Jack and Paul Sykes, she knew she had everything she ever needed in life... but Claire’s life was far from perfect. She was being abused on a daily basis by the man who she thought would take care of her. As Claire left her beloved family home with the children and began piecing her life back together, her ex-husband, Darren Sykes, struggled to cope with the loss of control.
