Jennifer Shalz, MD is an internal medicine physician who is the medical director of the St. Luke’s Health System Department of Lifestyle Medicine. She develops and directs programs that use lifestyle interventions to help prevent, treat, and reverse chronic disease. In this episode we talk about atrial fibrillation and lifestyle medicine.
