I only need to walk a block or two in any direction from my home to see a poster pleading for information related to the disappearance of 16 year old Devon Marsman. Devon was last seen in late February of 2022, and since then there has been little in the way of reliable details, tips, or sightings. The most significant thing those searching for him have learned is that Devon seemed to have maintained two separate sets of personal relationships. One group his parents knew about and another group they didn't.
