The world hates truth. Even most professing Christians hate the truth. Paul wrote to the Galatian believers in Galatians 4:16 ”So have I become your enemy by telling you the truth?” People love lies. They just want to hear good things about themselves and their children even if it is all lies. Parents lie to their children, not to hurt their feelings. Preachers lie to their congregation, to make them feel good. They tell them that God loves them endlessly and He will not cast them into hell, even if they keep on sinning. They tell them that they can have salvation and go into heaven by just believing in Jesus, they tell them that they don't need to stop sinning, they must just believe. They tell them that homosexuals and fornicators will go into heaven. People love lies and lying preachers and the lying false media, that is why they perish.
