David Owens, Professor of Philosophy at King's College London speak to J. David Velleman, Professor Emeritus Of Philosophy at New York University, about his book Konrad Morgen: The Conscience of a Nazi Judge (Palgrave Macmillan 2015), which he co-authored with Herlinde Pauer-Studer. The book is a work of empirical moral psychology using the historical rather than experimental method.
