Fasting may seem like a new “fad” but in fact has been around for thousands of years and many cultures have fasted for religious beliefs. There are many forms of fasting including intermittent fasting, every other day fasting, fasting mimicking diets, and even long term fasting which is meant to help with our cells and even increase our lifespan. These episodes will go into the many forms of fasting and how to go about them.
