The Los Angeles Rams are the Super Bowl LVI champion in an incredible 23-20 come-from-behind win led by QB Matthew Stafford. The MVP was WR Cooper Kupp, whose 8 catches for 92 yards and 2 TDs were huge, but it was his rush for 7 yards on 4th down in the 4th quarter that kept things alive for the Rams. The one thing that hasn’t been mentioned is the Rams’ defense. Why? Former NFL offensive lineman Ian Beckles explains to you why the Rams’ defense was the difference in the game and breaks down the entire contest this week In The Trenches. It’s a “Victory Monday” for the Buccaneers after they simply outmanned the Philadelphia Eagles in the Wild Card Round of the 2022 NFL Playoffs. Up to 31-0 to nothing at one point, the Eagles scored 15 unanswered points in the second half, which left a sour taste in HC Bruce Arians mouth, but outside of that, Ian says that the Bucs just need to play smarter football if they want to repeat as World Champions. It’s a “Victory Monday” for the Buccaneers after they came from behind in dramatic fashion to knock off the New York Jets 28-24 in the Big Apple. Unfortunately, the win was overshadowed by a complete and total meltdown of WR Antonio Brown, who caused a scene on the sidelines by taking his uniform and shoulder pads off, throwing them at the bench, and skipping his way off the field. This resulted in HC Bruce Arians removing Brown from the team. It’s obvious that Brown needs some help with his mental health but who is the person to get him to understand that? Until that happens, no one can help a person who doesn’t think he needs help. Former Buccaneer Ian Beckles explains why he feels the actions of Brown yesterday were a straight-up mental health issue and not just a temper tantrum from a selfish player.
